Question 1

How fast can a technician get to my house in Edmonton?

Accepted Answer

For emergency calls (car trapped inside or door stuck wide open), our average arrival time across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and Beaumont is 32 to 45 minutes. Same-day standard bookings are available in 2-hour windows.

Question 2

How much does garage door spring replacement cost in Edmonton?

Accepted Answer

Single high-cycle torsion spring replacement starts at $245 CAD, and a matched dual-spring conversion/replacement typically ranges from $325 to $440 CAD depending on door weight and wire size. All quotes are given upfront on-site before work begins, plus 5% Alberta GST (no PST).

Question 3

Is there an extra charge for evenings, weekends, or -30°C cold snaps?

Accepted Answer

Standard 2-hour booking windows between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM carry $0 surcharge. Same-day priority dispatch adds $35 CAD, and 24/7 overnight emergency dispatch (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM) adds a flat $85 CAD emergency dispatch fee.
